Sketching During Livestream 1

Figured I'd try some sketches since this is the first of Mark's livestreams I'm watching live. I need to develop a drawing style, I'm too used to tracing.


Pretty decent for a 20-minute thing, yeah? I drew this during some of the raging during Super Mario World, went for a simple unhappy expression since he wouldn't keep some of the more extreme expressions long enough for me to take reference properly. Someday soon I'll watch the archive and pause on some of the good ones, maybe.

And just a little note - I do not take any kind of sadistic pleasure out of Mark's rages. I've just never been any good at drawing people, and expressions in particular are super hard. I'm challenging myself to practise these things.
